Travelling by train from Cambridge to Ipswich uses 67% less CO2 than by car (Trainline Carbon Calculator)

Cambridge to Ipswich – the train takes 1 ¼ hours, avoids congestion on the A14 & takes you into the heart of the town or city (Ipswich to Bury St. Edmunds is only 30 mins by train; Cambridge to Bury St. Edmunds is only 40 mins by train)

Greater Anglia’s fleet of trains is the envy of the country: not only is there free Wi-Fi, USB ports and plug sockets as standard but access for wheelchairs, pushchairs and luggage is far easier because of the lower floors.

There are dedicated bike spaces for full-size bikes – look for the green stripe on the side of the carriage to see where to get on.

No booking fees on the Greater Anglia website!

Visit https://www.greateranglia.co.uk/tickets-fares/discounts for information about discounts and railcards.

Did you know there are Groupsave and Duo tickets in addition to those discounts you’ve probably already heard of? What else might you be missing out on?
